The 1st September is jst a few days away so I'll b back to make sure u get started and support u all the way xx
 
Today I rode my bike to the gym and did a 60 minute pump class.


I am making chilli for lunch, I really need to control my food intake. I feel like I always need to have the feeling of being full. I really need to start eating lighter, AND STOP SNACKING.


In the afternoon I rode my bike to the shops.
 
Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% Milk, 1 tsp sugar

Snack: 1 pear, Crackers

Lunch: Homemade Pumpkin Soup, Bread

Snack: 1 Pear, Rice Crackers, 1 mandarin.

Dinner: Bun with ham and pickle


Water: A couple of glasses, REALLY need to work on having more water.


30 minute bike ride along a bike trail.


Well I officially start tomorrow. So I will be weighing myself and hopefully get around to doing my measurements and photos.

Hips: 115cm LOST: 7cm
Thigh: 67.5cm LOST: 6cm
Calf: 41cm LOST: 1.5cm


Well winter wasn't too bad I guess, at least I got a bit smaller.
 
The perfect profile picture!!! My Lap top nearly rolled off my lap from all the laughing :)!!!!! oh I am totally bursting to fill this post with every quote I can remember from all the fat fighters skits, but I will refrain and say only DUST....... oh no now I'm giggling again!


And now seriously sounds like you are doing really well with your exercise regime well done! food is hard in winter I know - we're just about to start and I am not looking forward to it but my mantra is soups and herbal teas soups and herbal teas soups and herbal teas I'm hoping if I chant it enough by the time winter comes along it will have sunk in :).


About the feeling full thing I totally identify with that, it's like we have trained our bodies that unless we feel that slightly distended feeling in our bellies then we are not done. I have found that soup really helps with that - great in winter not so appetizing in summer :) Basically though I think I just need to tell my self out loud if necessary that I don't need to eat until the waist on my pants presses just until I am no longer hungry (quite a big difference :).)

Well I've been doing pretty well, been having salads for dinner and having smaller lunches, well except on the weekend, I had fish and chips. It used to bother me to "cheat" but now I just think about it as a lifestyle. Unless you are going to give up things for the rest of your life you will be tempted from time to time. And I believe time to time is OK.


Well today I rode to the gym on my bike and did a body pump class.


Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 tsp sugar.

Morning tea: A few small crackers.

Lunch: Homemade Chilli, Basmati rice, cheese.

Dinner: Had my breakfast again.


Water intake: 700mls

No gym today, just rode my bike into town.



Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 tsp sugar.

Morning tea: 1 Mandarin

Lunch: Vegetables and chicken legs

Afternoon Tea: 2 Crumpets

Dinner: Salad. Lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salmon, beetroot, balsamic vinegar.



Water: 500mls.



I didn't even drink anything in the morning. Will have to think of a way to remember to drink.

No gym again, I've been having back pain, might rest this week and start fresh next week with a new routine.

Rode to town on my bike.


Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 tsp sugar.

Morning tea: 1 Mandarin

Lunch: Homemade spag bol with cheese.

Afternoon Tea: 2 Crumpets

Dinner: Wasn't very hungry, just had watermelon.



Water: 700mls.
 
Today



Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 tsp sugar.

Morning tea: Cheese and crackers

Lunch: Egg beans and homemade chips

Afternoon Tea: Watermelon

Dinner: Salad. Lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salmon, beetroot, balsamic vinegar.



Water: 700mls



No exercise today.
 
Hey i love the profile pic and name. I used to love little britian and my fave segment of the show was ' all new fat fighters' sooooooooo funny. I love the episode where she is like ' i dont know what it is but i just love abit of cake,OH MAN I LOVE THE CAKE'


Anyway moving swiftly on, i think you are doing so great!!:):) Congrats on the weight you've lost so far:)

Lunch: Homemade potato curry with basmati rice.

Dinner: Watermelon, cheese and crackers


Water: 500mls


Got a cold today, I can't see myself going back to the gym until wednesday or thursday. It's so depressing getting sick when you are motivated.

Morning Tea: Nothing

Lunch: Chicken legs and veges

Afternoon Tea: Orange, cheese and crackers.

Dinner: Ham and pickle on bread


Water: None today, can't drink water when I am sick. Had orange juice instead.


Cold is bad today, my head is hot and it feels like it is going to explode. :ack2:
 
Today


Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 tsp sugar.

Morning Tea: Nothing

Lunch: Potato curry with Basmati rice.

Afternoon Tea: Cake and coke. (mistake)

Dinner: Porridge


Water: None.


Cold is bit better today, headache has gone just stuffed up.
