Ok so this whole weightloss thing isn't going too well this time round, I don't really know how to get motivated. I took one step a couple of weeks ago and joined a weekly weightloss support group, It's an hour meeting once a week, for the first 30 minutes we get weighed and the 2nd 30 minutes are spent talking about our week and anything relating to food. I weighed in at 80.3kilos, last week I weighed in (with the same clothes) and I weighed 79.7 so a loss of 0.6kg. I think it will be good to have some accountability.
 
Hey hun, im lacking in motovation at the mo too:(:( But i find if you go on here and look at peoples diaries that have lost alot, it helps you to get motivated:):) Just dont give up, tomorrow is always another day to eat awesomely healthy:) Best of luck
