Fat burning exercise

running in place, sidetwist, kickbacks there r alot of little moves u can do. i take different exercise from my workout dvds and put them together to make my own workout the is good for me.
 
Heavy Squats + Heavy Deadlifts + Heavy Presses + Push Aways.

The push away is where you have food in front of you, and you push it away.
 
Try doing jumping jacks, plyo jacks, plie jacks, tuck jumps, mountain climbers, burpies, squat jumps, lunge jumps, ice breakers, air jacks, high knee running, kickboxing kicks and punches. There's really heaps you can do just google equipment less fat burning exercises to get some more ideas.
