fat burning ,abs,and workout plan

ok i am maken a workout plan threw mon-sun for my chest,arms,and abs. Im gona eat right and everything and my plan so far is arms and chest mon,wen,and fri and my abs on tues,thurs,and sat so is that a good plan? Also my problem is i am gona do a fatburning routine to get the extra flabb off my stomach so i will be able to see my abs and i need to do this 4 or more times a week for 20 mins so im woundurin can i do this then do my ab workout afterwards???cuz i dont know if that messes up my workout or do i need to do this a day before then the next do my ab workout iduno it will screw my plan up if i cant do them on the same day so someone help me out plz.

What about your diet focus? What is you plan here? And, I dont just mean eating clean. And, remember, you will lose fat from all over the body. One cannot spot fat reduce. Getting the abs to show is over 90% diet, and a function of low body fat. What exactly are you referring to when you say: A fat burning routine? Low body fat will get the the abs to show, get your diet corect, and surround your ALL BODY training around it. And ADD the back and legs. (especially the Squat). The Squat is both Touted and shouted at for good reason. It does good things to the Torso core and the body overall in general, and can make one GUT CHECK rather quickly. You want a good exercise to assist you IN ALL BODY, add this exercise, young man. Your weight training should be balanced to include all body parts, and then compliment this training with a good and adequate diet----for fat loss (as this is what you seek, and the diet will bring it--if done correctly). Now you just have to BRING IT!

umm well for my diet i really dont have an idea on wat to eat or anything i just wana bulk up and have abs so i dont know if i need to gain weight then work it out or diet hardcore.in never did a diet before lol but one of my main things i want is my abs.I ant fat or nothen but i do have just a lil flab i guess and i have to get rid of that so my abs will show.that fat burning routine is u warm up the do a 3 min brisk walk then a 30 sec sprint then a 1 min and 30 sec rest and repeat and u do this for 20 mins 4 or more times a week and i found this in a fitness and health magazine.so mu problem also is is this gona make me lose fat all over and stuff and that would be bad if i wana bulk up but i need to lose the flabb too..see this crap is confusen but i fi would know exactly wat to do ill freaken do it and im ready to be dedicated to this i have the dumbells,the bench,curl bar and weights im ready just need to know wat to eat for diet and what i explanied above.
