Fat Bridesmaid

glad to see you're still around! looks like we're both around the same weight right now. I hate how the weight just falls off when you start, and then it gets much harder to lose it. Your bridesmaid's dress is cute. I'm sure you'll look great in it :)

Okey dokey, today I paid as much attention to my calories as possible.

1 serving frosted mini wheats with milk- 220
1/2 cup cottage cheese- 80
1/2 turkey sandwich- 200
1 serving pretzel sticks- 100
Bowl of cereal-200

I had a bowl of homemade chili with cheddar cheese on top for dinner and two medium sized carrots. No idea the calories in those??

So adding in the skim milk that I've been drinking all day, I'd say another 200 cals. I think I'm below 1,500 though, total.

I also walked for 30 mins (a little over a mile and a half, with incline added here and there.)

My muscles are sore from adding the weight lifting at the gym, but I can live with it. I didn't go to the gym today because the weather is awful here. Just used my treadmill at home!

Have a good night, all!

Okey dokey, so yesterday I snacked a little in the morning on cereal, but not a lot. Then I went to my grandma's and we had Chinese food. I'm going to guess that the meal I had, garden beef (which is basically just beef in garlic sauce and a little bit of lettuce) and two crabmeat ragoons were not all that good for me calorie-wise, but I really have no idea how much it was. You guys have any idea?

I went to the gym, and did a half-hour on the bike (150 calories burned) and a half-hour on the eliptical (250 calories burned).

Later I followed my best friend around walmart for an hour (that has to count for something, right?) but then had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup (I think it was 130 calories) and then about 6 servings of tortilla chips, so like 600 calories haha.

All in all, besides the work out, I had an unfortunate calorie day.

Today I made a (healthy) feast for breakfast.

1/2 cup cottage cheese- 80 cal
Cream of wheat- 100 cal
1/2 English muffin with peanut butter- approx 100 calories
1/2 cup pineapple- 70 calories
Green tea with pomegranate- 45 calories

So all in all about 400 calories. It was a late breakfast (it's after 11:00am here) so I'm hoping it will hold me over until dinner. Maybe I'll have a little snack.

I'm going to weigh in after I work out today. Again, I'm not expecting anything under 176 and it's possible that I'm back to where I started. We'll see what happens.
