Fasted HIIT

Would any of you guys recommend doing this? It does really sound like a good way of burning fat. Or have any of you guys done this before? wakin up early and just beatin yourself up like that sounds crazy enough.
 
That sounds extremely bad, like doing powerlifting without eating before hand.

Once you hit the sprint, the body will go to glycogen in the blood. If it runs out too soon, you could hit a wall, head first.

Eat something an hour before hand. That will give your spine time to normalize and get the food out of your stomache.
 
if you are trying HIIT with cardio, go for it,

but if u want to training with weights with an empty stomach, u probably wanna eat something as you might risk fainting. or lightheaded
 
..ooor not having any energy to fully work your muscles. Which is prett pointless. I support the cardio, but no lifting. Usually when people say HIIT they refer to cardio, but just making sure.
