Yeah, I double posted...haha.
So I finally decided to start doing fasted cardio, and I have 2 quick questions, but let me give just a little info first. Normally, I try to stick to a 40/30/30 meal plan, with my meals broken down into pro/carb or pro/fat dominant meals. Like I said, I'm doing fasted cardio right now, but I also do a split routine in the afternoon (about 9 hours after my morning workout). Obviously, I'm trying to trim down, but I have questions on how I should approach my meal layouts.
1. Even when cutting, I try to keep close to a 40/30/30 plan...maybe sometimes leaning more toward 35pro/30carb/35fats at a lower calorie intake. Would it be wise to keep to the 40/30/30 or how does everyone adjust their ratios for cutting vs bulkig, etc?
2. After my morning cardio, should I be taking in a pro/carb meal or a pro/fat meal?
