Fally thigh and hip

my upper body is fine but my hip and thigh
are too fatty so i have wear loose jeans
suggest some exercise to get in shape
 
CARDIO! You can tone your hips and thighs with squats and lunges. They won't take the fat off......... Only cardio will.

Hope you are not implying that squats and lunges will spot reduce fat...it won't.

They'll build muscle underneath the fat, so when you shed the fat, yoru legs will look that much better.
