Fall of the wagon (after I was on it so well!)

So I went from 200-->150-->221 :(

I got the motivation to start exercising again today, and it went pretty well. Now I just have to starting eating right again.

I was really on the wagon and even ran a marathon at 3hrs 45 minutes. Then I fell off pretty hard due to a lot of different things (Stress, health, job, I shouldn't make excuses, but I screwed up)

But I am ready to get back on the wagon and feel great so far today.

My goal is to get back to 150 again. It will probably take 20 weeks, but I can do it.

Any suggestions from people that fell off the wagon after doing so well?

My suggestion to myself is not get angry if I have a bad day.

I havent fallen off so I can't say that I've been there but good for you for trying again.
I think it's a greatthat your mindset is that if you have an off day, you will just keep trying.

You will get back to 150 again :)

Goodluck! keep us updated on your progress

Just stay positive and know that you can do it.

I hit my goal weight around 152, then went on vacation and gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks :(
So now I'm 160. I'm a bit upset but I need to lose weight again too now.

If you have junk food in your house, get rid of it. This really helped me. If it's around the house, sometimes I can't help myself to it. I just can't have it around.

It's a good idea I think to have 2 cheat days a week, or even 1. Eat whatever you want (within reason, but not too overboard) for that day, and eat well the rest of the week
