Facial fat!!!

Hi peoples,
I am trying to loose fat mainly around my face. I would also like to build up my chest and shoulders. I don't have a big chin. I am worried that if I build up the muscles in my chest that will in turn build up the muscles in my neck, making my chin look even smaller. Is this the case?

Firstly, spot reduction of fat is impossible. Either you lose it all over your body or not at all.

Secondly, very few people see significant muscle hypertrophy in their necks. Just doing regular resistance training isn't going to make it look bigger. As far as I've seen, only hardcore muscle builders ever see a lot of growth there.
 
Jrahien, thank you for your post. I am glad I can keep building up my shoulders and chest without worrying, my neck is going to get more bulky. YAY
 
Losing facial fat requires that you modify your overall lifestyle. You will need to engage in regular exercise and maintain a well-balanced diet because you cannot specifically target weight loss to your face.

However, facial workouts offer an effective method of toning muscles around the face, jaw and neck, which help create tighter skin tone and firm sagging jowls, chin and neck areas. Try to do these exercise five times? For example, work the neck, jaw and chin by performing this exercise.

Lie on your back on your bed, with your head hanging over the edge. Slowly lift the head upward, like you are trying to touch your chin to your chest. You'll feel this exercise work all the muscles in the neck and chin, reducing a double chin and firming your jaw line.

Scrunch the face to provide an all around workout for all the muscles in your face, helping them tone and strengthen. Squeeze your eyes tightly, pucker your lips and scrunch all the muscles in the face. Try to frown, feeling the wrinkles in your forehead, and try to lift your puckered lips toward the nose. Hold the contractions for a few seconds and then release. Do these exercise several times a day.

Just keep practicing. Hopefully it would help.
 
I am a 30 year old male having puffy cheeks, I do work-outs (more of cardie exercises)and have an average physic but my cheeks are bloated and have tried couple of exercises to reduce the face fat but nothing has really worked for me. Can anyone suggest assist me and let me know if any of products can help me to reduce the facial fat. I came across Tina Richards facial massager. Any reviews on this product or any other product that can be useful.
 
Many people have facial fat and they look so ugly. They really don't know how to reduce Facial fat. Some people gone for under surgery but my family doctor told me that It is very risky. He also told me diet and facial exercise with some natural cream is the best option for it.
