Ok getting a little outside the box with this one. I'm 27 and like many people in my generation I'm seriously addicted to Facebook.
I've deleted the app on my phone, so now I have to go to the internet browser to log on Facebook. But I have an Internet browser on my phone, and lots of data on my plan, so it's really easy to just keep going on too often.
So I have this challenge to battle a bad habit with good habits. In order to log on to Facebook, I have to lose 5 pounds. Tomorrow is my official weigh day, but I couldn't resist jumping on the scale this afternoon, and weighed in at 248.9 let's call it 249. So I will not log onto Facebook until I see 244 on that scale.
So, I dare you all to join me if you go on Facebook a little or a lot more often than you should. You can set your own parameters obviously. I'm choosing 5 pounds because A) I have a lot of weight to lose and B) I waste A LOT of time on Facebook.
