Insecurity is a tough biaaaaatch to ditch. But you can do it. Focus on the things you like about yourself. Focus on the things you're good at.

Like Val said, balancing your mind, body and spirit can work wonders for sense of "self". It's something that I was taught many moons ago by one of my track coaches. When I find myself doubting what I can achieve/attain, I always try to focus on what he told me.

It's not easy, but then anything worth attaining is never easy ;)

thank you for your support muscle;) i think focusing on things im good at is a great start, i used too be good at judo as a kid so iv decided too start that back up again afetr 12 years out!

Any martial art is awesome for sense of self because in order to master the discipline, you are required to meld mind and body ... by doing that, your spirit ends up being a lot more peaceful.

i think ur right trus lol:) im not really looking forward too learning how too roll and fall properly again but i think the throws and stuff will be funn:D

it could well do bunny:) i used too love it, but i quit when i reached the age where in the tournements i got put against fully grown men because of my weight as a 12 year old, tbh i think i got sick of getting my ass kicked LOL:p

this time it will be fair and im mature enough too accept losing hehe:)
 
Sexy isn't necessarily a buff bod, Muggs. Buff bods are just a better calling card ;)

Sexy either "is" or "isn't". What I mean is you either have it or you don't.

Example: Marlon Brando. Sexy in "A Streetcar Named Desire". Also sexy when he weighed over 300 pounds, at least in my mind.
