Extremely skinny.

Hey I need help building more muscle.

I'm really skinny, I weigh about 45.6 Kilograms and I'm a 14 year old male. When I flex my abs you can see pretty much all my ribs and its kind of scary looking at it. Tired of being the skinniest guy in all of my classes even compared to girls. I started doing push ups at home and went from 44.7 Kg to 45.6 Kg and gained a little bit of muscle on my biceps. I'm still really skinny and have no equipment at home. Looking for ways to get a six pack and gain muscles in every part of my body.

The main reason I want to do this for is not just for looks but because I never find clothes that fit me properly. I'm 4feet and 7.5 inches tall, thats really tall compared to my weight and my pants always fall off and I'm getting tired of wearing belts so tight. Shirts are usually hanging from my back and it looks really retarded if you look at me from the side with my shirt like that.

Hoping someone could help I have a gym at my High school that has a $70 subscription fee that i could join bit I don't want to spend money.

Well, body weight exercises is the best way to go for simple muscle building. Chin ups, push ups, crunches, squats, etc. Are all good.

But if you want something long term, I suggest you get into some kind of sport or activity you'll enjoy that will also benefit you physically.

Bodyweight exercises aren't gonna do much, for very long. Especially considering how light you are. You need to take in a lot of good calories and start doing big exercises with weights. Squats, deadlifts, benches, etc. If you can't see your 'six pack' you aren't overly skinny. A six pack shows up when your body fat is very low. You can do 1 million crunches a day, and without a low body fat, your abs will never show.

@ SXIPro

I have a low body fat about 5-15% percent body weight is fat. It's just that my abs aren't big enough to show even without fat covering them, I need abdominal exercises.

Start using a bulking protein powder to increase your calorie intake and give fuel to your muscles. Make sure it is a bulking one, it will say so on the package. Also increase your intake of good fats such as olive oil, avocado, nuts and seeds, fatty fish like salmon.
For abdominal exercises why don't you get yourself a workout dvd that teaches you how to do a variety of them. Bob Harper has a great one called perfectly ripped core.

Extremely skinny

for building a body muscles you have to go at best yoga learning or else you can also do exercise at your home. At morning wake up early and do exercise and you can build your body muscles. There is one thing remaining that is you also eat not a fat increase food but you have to eat healthy food with lots of vitamins and proteins..

With best wishes.........
