Extreme Challenge - from 237 to 180 in 35 days

hello everyone,
i've been a sick degenerate and gained a lot of weight... enough said.
starting tomorrow i have 35 days to lose 57 pounds. this is crazy and unhealthy but i'm pretty sure i can do it, or atleast come close.

here's the proof of my starting weight:

here's my weight schedule:
17/05 - 237 pounds
27/05 - 211 pounds
31/05 - 206 pounds
07/06 - 195 pounds
14/06 - 187 pounds
20/06 - 180 pounds

i'll post here daily with updates and probably a new picture each two/three days. thanks, grind in mind.

ps..why are you weighing in pounds when your scales are in Kilos?
 
Dude, what your trying to do sounds extremely unhealthy, how exactly do you plan on doing it? Care to share some details?

I recommend taking a more realistic approach and doing it healthy and right, good luck man and I hope you come to your senses.

Why not stretch it out some? Why so fast?

i'd recommend you read the stickies in regards to nutritional information and also if you can take a peak into peoples diaries to see what they eat and exercise etc. i don't think that kind of weightloss is healthy, you need to think of what you'll be putting your vital organs through. i read i think in your other thread that you'll be doing the detox diet for 10 days where you won't eat anything solid just juices. if you read the stuff i'd suggested above, ie, diaries and stickies, you'll learn that fad diets don't really work because what you'll lose is muscle mass and water weight. remember muscle mass is more dense than fat and hence weighs heavier. so basically your body will kick into starvation mode and start breaking down muscle and instead store fat (instead of burning it), that plus you'll lose water weight.

so if you go through with the detox diet for sure you'll drop some weight in the first few days but it won't be fat, just muscle and water.....yet muscle helps burn fat, so do you really want it broken down?

everyone on here isn't saying what they're saying for the sake of it, we've all pretty much learned the hard way and now trying to use sustainable lifestyle changes that will last us a lifetime and not just a couple of months.

i really wish you'd reconsider the manner in which you want to go about your weightloss, wishing you all the best xoxo
 
I saw your other post. What you're doing is considered bulimia. You're eating all day in front of the laptop. Fries, burgers, etc. Then what? Going to purge it? You'll gain nothing from losing weight that fast. As soon as you eat something, you will gain it right back. I hope, for your own sake, that you fail.

but anyways, Im sure you realize how unhealthy this is by not eating anything... its not that bad I meen youll eventually hit that weight loss I wouldnt stress over this for a month... at your weight a given 40-50 is not going to drop in 30 days unless you absolutely ate nothing and that is so unhealthy you might as well be killing yourself!

Where are you from if you do not mind asking me? is obesity / being overweight viewed as being shunned? I meen I am just dumb founded by your idea of losing weight by starting out by not consuming any food for 10 days!!! Anyone else see the logic in this one!

I lost 125lbs in the course of 10 mons, which puts me at 12-13lbs per month, and this was eating 1500 calories and running 5 miles a day.... I couldnt imagine losing the type of weight you are planning on doing.. once you eat a single cucumber you are going to gain the weight right back....
