Extreme Burpee! Try this

i just made this up a few minutes ago and it seems to work great you should try it
most of you im sure now the regualr burpee wher you go down do a pushup and go back up go back down do a pushup
etc.
but now try this:
start standing jump then jump down do a regular pushup then a diamond pushup, then clap pushup(if you have trouble doing claps then do regular), then wide pushup, then jump up and do a squat as low as you can get, then start from the beginning again.
Try this and tell me what you think.
