Ok I started out before and lost track so i decided I need to start a diary again. For some reason i managed to gain about 5 pounds in the last week. I went to The Body Connection and they recommended I try the MLIS program. They give you herbs that you take through the day that give you the proper nutriotion. The first two days you just eat fruit and vegs. Then days 3-5 you drink a drink with lemon juice, pure maple syrup, and water. I was told this is healthy and helps cleanse the body of toxins. I really need to do something so I hope this will help.
