That's quite true... I do have similar problem at times.... So, I try to eat more during breaks and keep the dinner (or rather super) as light as possible. Initially, of course, that's a bit tough but you will get used to it slowly. Start by reducing the intake bit by bit.

Haha yeaa, I'm gonna try though! This week is gonna be all about trying new things, changing my usual formula, and perhaps the weight will drip off!

Thank you!! I hope so too. They kinda feel weird, but Im sure by tomorrow it'll be fine! Im gonna put extra pairs in my gym bag, just in case ;)

Day 4/10.. didnt go too well. Well... yea. I had a tomato omelett in the morning which was 250 cals. Then I went to work.. had nothing but a pice of white chocolate, because I was later invited to a bbq and I knew I was gonna have abig dinner... which i did in fact have. I had two chicken brochettes/ cooked vegies/ bites of deserts..yes, with an s. I.. ugh.
And you know what sucks most out of all this? I havent lost an inch off my waist...
Its been 3 weeks that ive been working out at the gym, running , sweating, heart pounding... I dont get it. What im I doing wrong.... And the worst is that I know what Im doing wrong.
 
Hey, don't worry about a bit of extra at the BBQ dinner! You ate hardly nothing the rest of the day; I'm sure it didn't put you over maintenance, at the most! It might even have been helpful to splurge a bit once in a while.

Don't be discouraged! I know you'll still make your goal in the next week!
And as far as not losing inches off your waist: in my experience, losing inches is the same as losing weight in that it often comes in "whooshes," like you see no change for a long time and then suddenly one day, a lot of times after you go off your diet plan and eat way more, you see a huge loss! So maybe that'll happen for you. :)

Thank you dear!! :) I feel a lot better today, and I think that whenever Im full or overeat or just have a big bloated belly I tend to crash and whine and complain A LOT. I just sometimes wish I could get fast results. Like...tomorrow I wake up and BAM, the scale is at 137. But no, small steps :)
And yea, luckily this morning the scale was nice, Im at 141 :)

Anywys day 5/10 HALF WAY MARKKKKKKK. Super duper! Had a scrambled egg over 1/2 whole wheat bagel (no more ww toasts :(...and egg+bagel,I had never tried before...but its not a great combination) with strawberries and rasberries mmmmm
Just got back from the gym! 30 minute intervals (5.5 & 7) and 10 minute elliptical with 40 crunches + 2 min plank. I havent really fallen into a "routine" that involves strength training, Im a bit spontaneous so today I did a bit of it.

Now im off to make a yummy chicken salad with a new sauce (something like black pepper jack, or wtv the name is) !

Ouh, I went grocery shopping after the gym,bought jello!! I havent had jello in years, but it was 10 calories/serving, so :D SCRUMCIOUSNESS AWAITS!
 
Good job! The next 5 days will fly by. All that food sounds so delicious, and nutritious. I can't wait to see you ace the next weight in. It's going to happen, I can feel it!!!

How odd--I brought jelly yesterday too!! I've been eating the little 5cal pots but now I'm making my own with pineapple and fruit in it! nom nom nom. And it's not too bad for you either! Although mine has quite a lot of sugar :/ Anyway, have a lovely day!!

I agree - even if the whole day is great but you have that one big higher calorie meal you tend to forget about the good stuff that you did throughout the day and just focus on your full belly - that always gets me too! I would love to wake up tomorrow and see 137! I think you are doing so great with these perfect days! Your workouts are awesome and your running super fast! Keep it up and those inches will come down I promise!

Ahahaha, I love jello, its so good :), but I wish mine was a bit sweeter, now it just tastes like water with a hint of strawberry..which I wouldve never guessed, if the jello wasnt red!

I hope you are all doing great!
Yesterday was an OKAY day, I stayed below 2000 calories.
Today is going by great! I went to the gym: 15 min intervals, 15 min run, then 20 min elliptical and 5 min bike.

Food wise...I had a nature valley bar in the morning, and for lunch, I just had 1/3 cup ground beef mixed with diced pickles, tomato, and lettuce.

Im gonna try to hit the gym everyday nuntil sunday, whether for 30 min or an hour, I just want to get the most out of this week with barely any hours of work!!

Hey everyone, well it seems as though this weight loss of mine isnt bringing me anywhere, since the scale isnt budging, my measurements are roughly the same... and really Im sure that im putting in enough exercise. Its what I put into my mouth thats corrupting me!!! What other way can it be explained?!
And its not just what I eat, its my hunger! I just always always always want to eat. Well its about time I get a grip, because if its been 4 weeks that Ive been busting my butt off at the gym, and only a pound loss, then something has to be done, because Im not staying at this weight for another week.

Changes are being made! Change is good :)
From now on (as in, now 5:08 est. time.) I will have control over my food!!!!!! AHH!

So here it goes:
B: Will mostly always be one egg + 1 ww toast (or 1/2 small pita bread), with fruit
L: Chicken salad (whether I go to work or not, Im gonna try to stick with this)
D: 1/2-3/4 cup rice + 1/2 cup of whatever stew we're eating + side serving of salad Basically, 1/4 dish is rice, 1/4 stew, and 1/2 salad!
S: Snacks will consist of fruits ONLY. Im gonna put the dates aside for now. Desserts are still there, but Im only allowed to have one date + 1 wether's orignal per day.

Im gonna try this formula and see where it brings in 2 weeks time.

Sundays are the exception. Usually I dont have lunch on these days, since I sleep in.
Also, I am REALLY REALLY REALLY going to say no to second servings. Its just 2 weeks! I can do it! Ill get used to it!

Anyways, as for today... well obviously it didnt go as planned, since Im on here trying to change my plans! Im at about 1300 calories... YIKES
Im trying to convince myself to go to the gym (which I will end up doing anyways..)

ouffff! Well after not having achieved my goal of the last 4 weeks.. to reach 139 lbs by June 19th, one would begin to believe that perhaps that would be a motivational factor in making me push myself harder and well TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Conclusion: That didn't happen.

And so, I did do really really well yesterday. I did. I didnt go to the gym, but a girl needs a break. Food wise, I WAS DOING SO SO SO WELL!!!I had it all planned out, I even had 700 calories to spare since I knew id be going to eat out with a friend! I stayed away from the fries andburgers and opted for a salad. I didnt even order anything to drink. It was all good! Well I assumed that the salad would be about 500...looked it up online...and if I was living in the States and eating the same salad at Arby's (i don't know if thats the name or not) but it wouldve been a whopping 700 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
So I was at 1500 cals and still it was 8pm. So I had a date + another chocolate waffer...

and then I had ice cream .....

and then another waffer......

and another....

oh and 2 nectarines.....

and another waffer....

a few wether's originals...

and ugh.

HOWEVER!

Today has started off well :)

1 egg tomato omelett + 3/4 of a 1/2 large pita (210) + 2 plums (60) + 1 date (33)

Gonna go clean up the place for a bit then hit the gym! Challenge for the day: 4 miles on the elliptical + 2 mile run + 60 situps

So far so good.

Just got back from the gym: 38 minutes elliptical level 10 (4 miles)! I forgot to enter my weight so I didnt get to see how many calories I was burning, but I'll assume 300.
And! 19 minutes on the treadmill(2 miles) in intervals (4.0 and 7.0) though I kept going up to 7.5 and 8.0 because I wanted to get it done under 20 minutes
And I also did 60 situps

Foodwise: Had a nectarine and about 30 grapes. For dinner I'm having chicken and rice (portion control, portion control, portion control!!) Since we're having guests over, my mom bought this fancy ice cream, which I will not be having, since I made myself som 10 cals./serving jello! Thats what up.

Anyways, This week, I am planning on concentrating a bit more on strenght training with light cardio. Tomorrows itinerary: ABS.

heyyyy y'all.
just got back from the gym.. im so exhausted :( I had to wake up at 5:30 this morning to go to work and unpack clothes and price them and ugh, rush rush rush!!! But it was fun nonetheless :)

I did pretty good today too. I had planned to have a chicken salad after gym, but I sort of slipped mid-way through the day. I kind of snoozed off in front of the tv and when I woke up I had a handful of raisins (130) and I had ground beef and pita bread (300) and cream cheese (150) (ive been craving it so much lately... I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS NONSENSE!!!!) and a nectarine (45)....

I felt so so so bad, and I kept delaying my gym outing, but in the end I pulled through and kicked my butt out of the door. I did 20 minutes on the step master. It was the first time I tried it and tis actually fun! I did the fat burn program, but does anybody have anything to suggest?
I also did 10 minutes of intervals on the treadmill and then I did 3 circuits of situps-plank-push ups- bicycle crunches. Not bad for a first try.

Right now, I had jello (10) and blueberries (13).
Anyways, Im glad today went well. im gonna go make myself a cup of tea and Im gonna keep it up tomorrow!

So the past few days have been going really well, I've been sticking to y calorie intake (but its not entirely healthy).
For today:
~2 cups pasta (800) I was so hungry! I ate at 2, and before that I hadnt had anything to eat since 4 pm yesterday!Gr

Grapes & raisins (180)


Im gonna try to keep the food uder control. Im gonna hit the gym later today,Im still debating as to whether or not I should attend the step class....
Anyways,

Im gonna take control over my food intake, and I'm planning on having chicken salad for dinner and loads of water! :)
 
ok, well i didnt end up going to the step class, but I had a really good workout today :)
20 min treadmill intervals (5 and 7.0 with the last 3 minute sprinting)
15 min elliptical on random (level 8)
10 min on step master at random (level 6)

Then I had afew magazine clippings of exercices so I tried those out. Twas fun.
Anyways, tomorrow I'm planning on doing some yoga/ nice stretches to work out those fine abs of mine (lol, what am I talking about)
and im gonna go hit the gym, or I'll go run outside, its gonna be chilly/rainy so thatll be nice :)
 
Today's progress:

Had a yum breakfast (egg+ toast + variety of fruits), went for an hour long walk with my mom (5K) and did half of athe 30 day shred level 2 vid.... UNTIL IT STOPPED WORKING, ah, so frustrating.
I then did the 8 minute abs hahaah. If you havnt looked it up on youtube, you really should :)
Anyways, I had a cup of lentil soup for lunch with salad.

Weight wise... I'm at 144... I am extremely bloated, I feel huge and it sucks. I cant wait for the feeling to be gone! Gone I tell you, gone!
 
Hey you have been doing great! A few slip ups here and there are necessary to stay sane! I just took a week off myself - started with being sick and looking for some comfort in foods and then just had all those horrible cravings come back and now trying to fight the battle again - it's so easy to slip up so when you do great you need to recognize it and be proud! I'm sure you will get to 139 soon - just don't give up for a week like me and have to go back to hard, hard work to get those stubborn pounds gone for good!! We can do it!! One day at a time!
