75 g :: Tofu Bio Burger (150 kcal)
350 g :: Vegetables (85 kcal)
330 ml :: Anti-oxidant juice (65 kcal)

16h00m Afternoon (190 kcal)

1 :: cereal bar (59 kcal)
168 ml :: Liquid light yogurt (50 kcal)
