exercises for hip adductors

Hi'm im a new member and im lookin for new exercised for my inner tighs(adductors)
well im a 20 year old girl who's been working out for 1.5 years. I work out 3 days a week and do cardio for 20 mins before my weight training. i igured that if i lose fat, id probably lose the fat in my inner tighs as well.. well the thin gis i dont have much fat on my body... my upper body is musular and so are my hams and quads... but eventhough i work out and watch my diet ( i dont eat fast food, pop, chips and stuf), i still feel a little jiggly in my inner tighs. also i cant get rid of the flab beneath my belly button, my upper abdominals are muscular, but not the lower.
so i was just wondering if runnin would help develop adductor muscles and lose lose the lil fat in my lower abs? i do the machines for hip adductors, and put the fitness ball between my legs and just squeeze!
more advice would be appreciated

heavy squats are good as you need to stop your knees falli9ng in or outwards...any exercise where squeeze a medicine ball between your knees...lunges out to the side

A variety of squats and lunges are excellent for the legs. You can do squats with wide, narrow and medium stances, one leg squats, super low squats. Lunges you can do forward or backward, stationary or walking lunges. There are limitless options. Just make sure you understand proper form.

Remember that doing exercises for your inner thighs won't make you lose fat on your inner thighs. Fat comes off of everywhere, not from a certain place because we exercise it.

I'd go with heavy-weighted leg exercises. Build up the muscle there and continue to reduce overall body fat. It could be genetics as well. You don't mention anything about your detailed workout or menu or your stats... so it could be something there as well.

Thanks for your advice guys.. well i usually do the cross ramp machine for 10 mins as a warm up... then i do the machines(leg extensions, leg curls, lie down leg curls) with heavy weight, around 150 pounds on extension and curl, after those are done, i do hip adductors and abductores back to back.. o also sometimes do squats with the smith machine the calf extensions (whatevere thats called) then i do some core exercises and upper body weights.. after my weight training i run a few laps and im done... ive lost a lot of fat in my other areas, cuz i do whole body work outs every other day... but the inner thighs wont go away... well theyre a lottt better than when i started them..
