Exercise Substitute

Is there a good substitute for bent-over barbell rows? These work well but I'd like to change things up a little.

Sternum chin-ups, where you arch your back and pull until the bar touches the top of your abs just below your chest.The bottom of the movement hits your lats like regular chins do but at the finish position, it closely simulates the action of a bent-over row, and it is very difficult for most people to get more than a handful of reps at a time with these.They are a tough movement.
