What are some excercises that specifically target my biceps(stupid one) and my forearms. I'm trying to get my veins on my arms to show but I've still got some fat that covers them up.

Took the words right out of my mouth.keep to good lifting routine and do cardio, all you need to do is lose some body fat and you will see them viens
Make sure you're somewhat big. If not you may look like a heroin addict :/ Maybe take up guitar, it's helped my veins to come out a bit.![]()

I can't believe this thread! Is it really so aspirational to want high vis vascularity? I'm not passing judgement, each to their own, but this is the first time I've come across anyone with this specific goal.
Strange to see such a huge shift away from health, fitness and physique to such an arbitary (and some would say the most unattractive) aspect of bodybuilding.
I've heard the Jen Anniston workout video does wonders for veiny arms! ;-)
