Excercises for Veins on Arms.

What are some excercises that specifically target my biceps(stupid one) and my forearms. I'm trying to get my veins on my arms to show but I've still got some fat that covers them up.

Try using some Hand Grips. Boxers use them and will improve your grip stength, it will also improve your forearms and in turn Show your veins.

(Some females dislike veiny arms)

Make sure you're somewhat big. If not you may look like a heroin addict :/ Maybe take up guitar, it's helped my veins to come out a bit. :)

I can't believe this thread! Is it really so aspirational to want high vis vascularity? I'm not passing judgement, each to their own, but this is the first time I've come across anyone with this specific goal.
Strange to see such a huge shift away from health, fitness and physique to such an arbitary (and some would say the most unattractive) aspect of bodybuilding.

I've heard the Jen Anniston workout video does wonders for veiny arms! ;-)

Ever heard of bodybuilding? Vascularity is a staple in that sport.

Hmmm, not quite sure about this post. Each of us have independent, unique goals. If your goals are associated mostly with overall health, fitness and performance... so be it. That is great for you and I hope you reach them.

However, this gentleman's goals are more closely related to body composition and aesthetic appeal. Who cares, they are HIS goals.

This said, after reading through this thread I am not sure the OP will understand which direction he needs to head. Vascularity appears once body fat levels are reduced. So, a fat loss regiment should be your primary concern for now, which includes primarily nutrition, which nobody has really touched on here. Proper nutrition should be coupled with good exercise (resistance and cardio) which you can learn more about in the stickies.

G'luck.

My arms are reasonably built. Its just that since I've been younger I've always associated, big arms/shoulders=power usually have pretty veiny arms, I'm not talking not like freak veins but just enough to make you look bigger.

its all body fat. fat dudes usually have muscular arms, but you never see it under the fat rolls.

just lean out, and your arms will gain vascularity, as well as more definition.

Some of the bigger veins look good, but little capillaries and other small blood vessels look disgusting, in my opinion.

Like tons of tiny tapeworms writhing about just under the skin.
