Alright, here it goes... I PROMISE today to keep trying my best to eat right and get fit next summer 2011.
It has been a week since I started to eat healthier... little steps.
I went on my scale this afternoon and yey.. I am 166 pounds (lost 2 pounds in a week). This was just by eating whole wheats, drinking smoothies, eating figs or prunes as snacks whenever I craved something sweet, and tons of Water!AMAZING!
The good part is I did NO exercise!
This motivates me to keep going. I am planning to include some cardio soon.
My food intake thus far:
7.30 am- Whole wheat bagel with butter (my hubby brought this one from Tim Hortons and I had no time to make a breakfast). I am glad I had it- it kept me full till lunch- as I had to work in the morning. I also drank double double coffee (LOVE MY COFFEE- I don't think I can give this one up yet) with sweetner. Drank tons of water while working.
12.30- Another large size coffee- double double. Five figs for snack and some trail mix here and there as the baby was fussy and I had NO time to eat.
I will have a bigger dinner this afternoon as I didn't have much for lunch..
But I am hoping this log will keep me on track. I would love to hear any input or advice and although I am a beginner at this- I would love to offer any motivation to the rest of you. Lets all do it together!
