Everyone!!!

Look its making me and I believe I am not the only one to see preety much all the time the same questions so here are some answers for the most common questions:

1. ABS- dont believe that if you are fat and you are working on your abs you will see results, you must have the lowest body fat precent in your body in order to see results, second of all you must work your abs a lot because like everything else in life they demand a lot of work, so please dont ask us to help you getting a six pack in 3 or 6 weeks.
another thing, dont ask for exercise all the time, try to find some of your own, work on all the abs muscles, do it with exercises like situps, pushups, reverse crunches, incline crunches and side crunches, add your own but do only exercises you enjoy.

2. CARDIO- I believe that this one is the most important, you cant except in any kind of sports to see good results if you dont do some cardio, you must burn fat some how so do some cardio. I recommend 3 or 4 times a week for 20-30 minuts in order to see the biggest improvement and have enough power in order to do some lifting.
but you must do cardio in order to keep your body precentage low.

3. WEIGHTS- this one I see a lot. you guys ask a lot what is the best brabel, dumbells or body weight.
I and a lot other say that with dumbells you will get the biggest improvement but if you dont like them you can do barabel or with your body weight only, just dont ask it all the time.
another thing i think that shrugs, squats, dead lifts and bench presses must be in every lifter workout.
