Is it alright if I consume like 100g of carbs from 6 to before bedtime?...I always heard that the carbs you consume before bed are more likely to turn to fat...so tell me whats up.:cool:
 
agree with LV. if you workout in the evening, then you NEED those post workout carbs as long as it fits your diet plan.
 
If your goal is to lose fat and it's not your ppwo meal, i'd suggest a protein ans fat at that time such as whey/flax oil.
