Erin's Diary Day 1 WOOHOO

I had half of a lemon sugar cookie! DAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTT! My weakness. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Half a cookie? And your beating yourself up about it?

You need to lighten up... If it were me that would be a half dozen cookies before I'd even blink... :D

Seriously though I get the mental set that doesn't want to allow for it. Sometimes I feel like if I let myself slip just a bit... well, slippery slope and all.

On a a different note... you should pop around and jump in on some other diaries. You'll prolly have some fun in here in addition to geting support. You've got the right 'tude.

Day 4 Blah Blah Blah

Ok, well, I'm not going to lie. I didn't eat dinner. I didn't even eat anything that could resemble dinner. Right after work I met a good friend at Starbucks - I got Green Tea - and I figured I'd eat dinner after. Well, we sat and chatted for 3 hours!!! So, by the time I was leaving it was 8:30 and I just wasn't about to eat that late.... I went to Whole Foods to pick up some specialty cheeses and such for a dinner party tonight... I LOVE Whole Foods. While there I had a 'mini scoop' of gelato. Instant tummy-ache and super not worth it. My foot hurt SO much so I decided not to go to the gym and push it any further since my medical insurance expired a few weeks ago and I haven't started a new plan yet. Ugh.

Day 5

Day Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive.

Phew. Friday. Thank God. I needed Friday SO bad this week. Still have that awful headache that seems to be immune to painkillers - wtf? PErhaps it's from going cold turkey from the crack (aka STARBUCKS). We'll see if it lets up soon.

Breakfast: Plain Unsweetened Oatmeal with 1/2 of Organic Honey. It's hard for me to eat it... not sure why. I am hungry. Just don't feel like eating. Blah.

Got a dinner party tonight, so, I will be eating a very very tiny portion for lunch of salad. I know tonight will involve Champagne (my other weakness) and delicious Ad Hoc food... soo.... Gotta make up for it now.

That is terrible! :( You poor thing!

I like that Whole Foods too--you know I met E40 there? :)

Mmmmmmmh specialty cheeses and champagne! :drooling: I hope your headache goes away!

E40 - He is hilarious. He lives in Blackhawk. A good friend of mine used to housesit for him. You know the author of that movie/book "how stella got her groove back"? She lives in Blackhawk, also, and she used to take her pets to this vet over there. My friend was a vet-tech and started petsitting/housesitting for her when she'd go out of town and than she passed along my friends info to E40. LOL So crazy. His house was GINORMOUS! I don't know if he still lives there, but, I am fairly certain he did as of a month ago when I saw him cruisin' in his Roles Royce that is bigger than some peoples apartments hahahahaha

yeah, my foot. DAMMIT! I knew I jinxed when I told the trainer it was doing great! Blah. My head - I think it's seriously from going told turkey from a once-day starbucks habit. HAHAHA

It always cracks me up to think he lives in Blackhawk--leave it to E40! My buddy used to work at the Outback Steakhouse, and said Earl was always really polite and respectful. I'm proud of him for coming so far on Bay Area Hyphy music--I need to listen to his new one, The Ball Street Journal, LOL.

Aw, a little hottie! haha Thanks ;)

I'm not a big fan of his music, actually. If it's on the radio, I will listen to it, though. I'm just not a big fan of the hardcore rap... but I was super stuck on his last song that was all over the radio.

It's kind of crazy how many 'famous' people are local. My bestfriend lives in the Oakland hills and DIRECTLY behind her house is the lead singer of Green Day and his wife and children - and she actually has little play dates with their kids. The wifey is a little.... different looking... haha And an old friend of mine (who was actually killed...) was the godmother of the Black Crowes lead singers' daughter. I used to work at a private country club in Danville and befriended a member of the club - she is the owner and designer of INC the clothing line!!!! When I was engaged (LONG TIME AGO) she was going to create my gown for me. Needless to say - ended up not needing it LOL It's crazy, but I guess NorCal is pretty awesome =D hahahahahahha

Hey Erin.. Just wanted to say that your beautiful and you carry your weight really well.. it sounds like your very motivated so im sure you will accomplish your goal..

Thank you. That is very kind of you. I really don't know where all the weight is... I guess in my tummy region and hips/butt.... Ugh!

Butt/hip weight = good

For some reason I am unable to convince myself of that.... ;)

I am a firm believer that God either gives women big boobs or a big butt. I had the big boobs (prior to reduction) and a little booty. Now I have good sized boobs (I actually slightly love them and they're still 'big' to some...) AND a big booty... It's one or the other for me! LOL

God aside, evolution has a lot to do with the common fat stores women carry. It's that way so our species would survive.

Haha, that you do.

Well, in a way.

You have a big booty so you're great great great great great great great grandmother could survive and bear children healthily.
