Hi ,
My name is Eric . I live in Canada . Im 30 years old , 6'2" 269 lbs . Im not sure how I got to this waight . I guess not being broke for the last 10 years and eating what ever I wanted is a good place to start . I work to much and eat late every night . Im sick of being the big guy . Im sick of not taking my shirt off and jumping in the water because I feel like a pig . I see all the waight you people on here have lost and I feel theres hope .

Ive changed the way I eat today . Im only going try to eat carrots after 6pm .
I started to only put one sugar in my coffie today and will do my best to stop both . Im eating breakfast , Big healthy lunch and a veggie filled lunch .Im also drinking as much water as I can during the day .

Is there any tips you guys can give me ?
Is there somthing I can do to feel better and less tired ?
Energy ? Any thing you recomend ?
Any tips or advice you can give me ?

Well I got up early today and bought the book , The complete food counter .
I came home and had breakfast .

Breakfast:
Two pc shredded wheat
1/2 cup skim milk
1 bannana
I think this is about 320 cal's
Im going to go for a hike for a bit and plan my lunch .
I feel really good this morning and am happy to start this change . I can wait to look great like lots of people on this site.

Well I hiked for 50 mins and made sweat .

Lunch was a wrap totaling 265 cals
cup of carrotts tataling 78 cal ?? 13 baby carrotts??
and water

Dinner was
wrap
carrotts
bannana
water and a coffie

hand full of pea nuts ,I was gonna eat the whole bag but i droped it ,lol .

I figger i ate about 1900 cals

I have a headake and am beat so Im goin to bed .

Wow , just shit kicked today .
Its hard to stay off the scale for a week at a time , I wana look so bad .
Im goin for a coffie , I write my meal plan on here as it happins .

Breakfast :
shredded wheat , 1/2 milk , bannana , coffie
330 cals

Hey Eric, read through the forums. There are "sticky" threads on nutrition and exercise which have a lot of valuable information.

Also the energy for me came after the second day, after I flushed all the crap out of my immediate system.

the key is to eat constantly ;) I am eating all day now and only taking in an average of 2500 calories. Also a walk every day helps with the energy fast....I noticed right away.

EAT HEALTHY !!!!!! you can eat a crap-load of healthy food and not really take in a lot of calories, but get lots and lots of nutrients and fiber in the meantime !!...the fiber will help clean out the gunk in your system.

you'll be suprised.....start eating right, and moving the body every day.... you will have LOTS of energy QUICK !!!!

Today is done , it wasent that bad . I think i ate 2000 cals or close to it . Im not good at counting , Im going to try the fitday thing . Tomorrow is going to suck , this is going to be the first friday I dont go to this awesome greasy spoon I love . Then on Saturday I get to go to my best friends birthday party and not drink . Man thats going to be funny when I me Eric dosent drink at a party on a saturday night . Should be one to remember , lol .

I feel impowered because I cheated today .... I jumped on the scale as soon as I walked in the door from work . I cant belive its been three days , a hard three days I tell ya . I down 2.5 pounds .

WHAT WHAT . LOL

Oh ya Im not as shit kicked as I was yesterday .

Hi Eric, congratulations on getting started with the diary. It's a great tool if you maximize it to its full potential. I am also Canadian, 26 year old female and am currently fighting my own battle with my weight....I just started my diary tonight too, so I will try and make sure I keep track of yours. I'll be very interested to see your progress.
 
Im weak . Yesterday I fell off the waggon .
I ate a good breakfast , Bigmac combo for lunch and chicken afjitas for dinner with two beer .
I fell for the wagon because I was on the road 11 hrs yesterday . Hunting season is comming up and I went down to Seattle and Lacy . I am going to realy try to hang in there for the rest of the weekend untill my waigh in on tuesday .

Well its weird Im now not feeling like eating because of what I ate yesterday .
Im just gonna eat veggies and a bagle today with alot of water . I know its bad but I feel the need to pay for yesterdays relaps .
Im planing geting back into a healthy eating routine tomorrow .
and tonight i borke the cycle again and drank beer . I am pissed right now and drank about 15 beer
I know I shoulda laid off but it was my best friends birthday and falling off the wagon is expected .
tomorrow morning I will eat the good shit and do whats expected .
