Equipment free exercise advice needed

Hi everyone.

I'm a 27 year male, 5ft 9 and weigh 180bs. I've moved to Russia and some of the simpler things in life like joining a gym and getting an instructor to write up a routine to help me reach my goals is very difficult.

I'd really like to be lean, toned and athletic but am really struggling to lose much weight.
I go to a small gym where they have very basic equipment and currently do cardio for around 45 minutes 3 times a week, do some sit-ups and run at weekends when the gym is closed.

Does anyone have advice for some simple exercises to do at home to work my entire body and any motivation advice for when you've worked a full week and it's easier to swtich in the TV would be appeciated
