Anyone have any thoughts on this weight loss supplement? I heard it really works? Is it illegal? How does it work?
I think HIIT training is still the best form of weight loss
My friend uses ECA but I heard it has a lot of sideeffects.
Either way, weight training with cardio and a good diet is and always will be the best way.

Doh! You mug, it was just a slightly smarter than usual bit of spam. The ECA question was just there to throw you off the scent of the ad for HIIT that he's now posted twice in this thread![]()
It always worries me when first time posters come on here asking questions about what they see as a quick fix solution. Assuming there is no sales pitch to follow, the ECA stack should only ever be used as part of a solid nutrition/training programme and, even then only as a last resort having plateaued or with a competition approaching.
Ephedrine does work but, as has been said, comes with side effects. Addiction, higher core temperature, high blood pressure, insomnia, jitters, constantly needing the bathroom etc. Add this to the fact that, when you stop taking it (its not cheap and it requires cycling) if you don't adjust your diet/training accordingly, guess what happens as your metabolism/core temperature slows/cools down.......you simply store all that fat again, probably more.
Unless carefully managed and researched, I would say it shouldn't be used. Certainly not one for newbies.

you have to do your homework. the only reason it was dangerous is because people were abusing it. it happens to be the most effective weight loss stack ever. and definately not expensive 5$ for 50 pills is not expensive. don't listen to people who just want to state what they think when they haven't done research and a lot of it. your metabolism goes up and core temperature goes up so you can burn fat and it hangs on to muscle so you are actually burning what you want to lose. do your research don't ask people who don't know.
