I'm a security guard. : / Please hold the jokes, I've had about enough of them this week. My job is so stressful it's ridiculous. Yesterday there was a big meeting here and the people I was checking in were making fun of me right to my face. It was awful. Just a few more months and I'll be applying to police departments. I think the one thing I'll look forward to most about being an officer, aside from the pay bump, is the respect I'll get. Granted not everyone respects police, but it'll will be 5x the respect I get at my current job.
Like I said earlier, I've only gone to the gym once this week and the scale shows it. I got on it today and it was still about 160lbs. My official weigh day is Sunday so hopefully I'll see something a bit lower. If not, I'll be hitting the gym like a mad women next week! lol
Hey! a Job is a Job...its better than we have around here....64% of our county here in Tennessee are unemployed...64%!!!!!! Granted it is a very small place, but still, most are constantly on the lookout for a job within 50 miles of here.
and I seem to be plateaued around 160....well, its usually 158-159, but it jumps up to 160 every so often...blah....its been YEARS since I have been comfortably in the 150s...like..since I was a freshman in high school...Not liking it at all...no matter how much I work out, or how good I eat...ITS. JUST. NOT. GOING. DOWN.!!!!! and I have tried everything....changing my workouts around, shifting my calories around....cutting carbs/fat....adding carbs/fat...adding water....cutting water....blah!

a week ago I was 160.6....I barely lost a lb this week and I BUSTED MY ASS.....ugh...
and yesterday was a off day...I had a funeral to attend....and I didnt eat the best in the world, but kept right at 1300 calories
Every since last night, I feel like I have been hit by a train...I dont even want to move...at all...and I am soooo incredibly cold...I hope I'm not getting sick
FORCED myself to the gym this morning...and, my body just wasnt going to move...no matter how much I tried to make it...I dont feel tired or sore or anything..and yesterday was my day off, so I dont know?...MADE myself work out, even though I couldnt push my heart rate as much as I normal...so my calories burned today sucks....and I just couldnt get motivated to do anything...I had to MAKE myself workout for an hour, and usually I have to force myself to leave after almost 2...
Gym:
5 minutes- warm-up/stretch
10 minutes- Elliptical
10 minutes- Circuit
10 minutes- Bike
5 minutes- Ab Work
20 Minutes- Bike
Total calories burned- 660
Boo.. and of the little bit of exercise that I did do, my heart rate wasnt where I like it...barely broke a sweat...and usually after a workout I feel better...but I feel about the same as I did before hand.
Food.
Muscle Milk- 160 calories
Lemon Pepper Tuna/Pickles/Whole Wheat Crackers- 130 calories (only ate half, will eat the rest later)
and thats it! its still early, and I dont feel like eating today either..I hate feeling bad...
I have realized by looking through my calorie counter app, that I eat a ton of foods with high sodium....thats something that I have never really thought about...will it keep you from losing weight? I know sodium has something to do with retaining water...and I have been eating way too much of it...I googled, and the recommended maximum of sodium is 2300 mg... the other day, on my low calorie day (1029) I ate a whopping 3,020 mg of sodium....I think I might have found a problem? and today, with my only 290 calories I have ate this morning...1,170 mg of sodium....
Yup, think I will try to cut back on that stuff...might be why I feel bloated all the time...duh!

I'm sure it will take some work and when you continue to make good food choices, and get over the morning sickness, a good brisk walk will do you and the baby good and get out there and move and keep the blood moving...just watch out for that SVT condition..that sounds dangerous!
