Hey there! Congrats on the loss! I will certainly let you know how bruno is.... I am really hoping its awesome!! :)

your food looks really good.... and i was curious as to what you typically take in for daily calories.... :)

^^ What do you mean? Like what do I use to count? Usually, I read labels on everything..and then for how many I burn, I use counters online, which are more guesstimating.

So a quick "general" update... Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I've had one meal that wasn't so healthy, or I ate too much, or had some sweets...so I haven't been good. But I've been keeping my exercise up, so I haven't gained any weight..but I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to get back to my diet 100%, and not just burning off what I'm eating and that's it.

Today I ran 3 miles without stopping.. usually every half mile I stop for 10 seconds to a brisk walk to catch my breath a little, and then continue. Tonight I didn't stop at all, and wasn't winded/tired/sore at ALL.. it was an ammaaazing run! and then I did an ab video, and some leg pilates.

Also--
I work at a bingo hall my Dad runs. Wednesdays I haven't been working so I can help my 93 year old Great Grandma play. Today at bingo, her heart stopped, and she stopped breathing and practically nearly died. I was crying my eyes out, bawling, and couldn't breathe or think or talk. My Dad and his friend practically saved her, and she's in the hospital now... they think that her heart just stopped...randomly, but when they moved her to the floor it shifted her body and got it pumping again. They did cat scans, but I'm pretty sure they think it was just basically random..there's a name for it, lol, but I forget.. anyways, she's conscious and okay for now, but anything can happen, and I would appreciate some prayers/good thoughts for her. You truly don't realize how much you love someone until you're about to lose them. It was a huge wake up call for me, and as soon as I saw her I told her how much I loved her and that I would see her soon.

WoW. 93. Glad to know she pulled through. She is still in great health?

I have a great great Aunt like that, 91 I believe still gets around really well too. :)

How are you doing Englishrider?

What do you mean 100% diet? What about just keep doing what you're doing and take it one step at a time? Such as switching to whole wheat, or whatever maybe you've already accomplished some of those, you know keep it light...?

Anyways great job with the running, sorry I couldn't have been more help with your cramping question. I forgot all about the not being hydrated enough, I was having that problem myself a couple of months ago. ;)

My Thoughts go out to your Grandma.

Take Care. TTYL

Thanks, RunningGirl. Yes, she just got home from the hospital last night, and she's doing fine, thank God. Thanks for your thoughts:)

And with the 100% diet thing, I mean that I've always picked the 'better' choices (wheat bread, fat free milk, etc) just little things, but some days I get off track and will go to a movie and get popcorn, or eat a little too much at a meal, but I still run everyday. And when I think about it, it makes me feel like I'm only 50% dieting until I get back on track, haha

i've been bad about updating this...

i have bought a running journal though, it has a template so i can fill in time, where i go, how far i run, how i feel, etc. I did 10 miles last week.

today I walked 3/4 of a mile, and ran 1 1/4 of a mile.. then i came home and did 20 minutes of abs/legs.

breakfast: cereal with 2% milk

lunch: banana with 4 crackers

dinner: grilled chicken salad with italian dressing..only used half of the dressing cup they gave me, and didn't eat all of the salad.

WOO HOO ROCK ON Englishrider!!!! Way To Go On The Weightloss!!!

Thanks :)

and well I have Comcast, and under the "Exercise" section on On Demand they have workout videos, like at least 100, and they update new ones. So I did a Kim Kardashian one(basically, she's there for like publicity lol, a blone trainer is the one that leads the video) and I really liked it. My legs are a huge trouble zone for me
