You have been doing so well lately, I reckon this week will be another great one. Dress shopping after weight loss! What fun!
 
Re: that water thing - i was talking to my doc about that. He said that not only does the body need to be well-hydrated to work efficiently, but drinking water helps your body flush it out of your system. kind of like how you have to eat to lose weight. if you starve yourself, your body freaks out and holds onto whatever it is you put into it. same thing with the water. if you are putting water into your body, your body knows that it doesn't have to hang onto it. its a little bit counter-intuitive but makes good sense when you mull it over. :eek:
 
hey guys, so yesterday went back to normal as i got in my 3 workouts scattered throughout my day... and the cals were in range =-)

today i woke up sore...thought i would...i pushed myself really hard on the treadmill yesterday...will slow down today...

todays excersize goals: do 3.17 miles on the treadmill running at an 11mile/hr pace, then go to yoga from 7pm-8:30 then go do laundry! finally at around 10:30 go run/walking with my friend outside...

food goals: don't binge on night food! must get more greens... yaay

huge huge goal : get to bed by 11:30pm!

anyways, i think i'm signing my lease tomoro, it's a two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms...i think i'm gunna get a huge bedroom this year...even though it'll be uber expensive...i think i'm going to aim for the larger space!
 
thats awesome! you are moving on your own? or is it with your family? i lived in a townhouse that sounds sort of like that for 9 years or so with my family. good luck!

Hey guys, so a radio station catered lunch for us today....and i realised i had 1000 calories for lunch! oops....guess i'll b eating a 300 cal dinner!

lunch: croissant sandwich
1 cup potato salad
1 piece of apple crumble pie... mmmmmm

delicious and way satisfying...but chicken and veggies for dinner!

Hey you I went backa few pages and didnt see anythign abt you talking abt moving ... hhhmmm ... but ppl are mentioning it maybe I didnt go back far enough - you sound good just busy - glad to hear it - I joined a running club meets on Tuesday evenigns and Sunday monrings...
 
this weekend was a more success than non-acheivement =-)

SAT: i woke up and went on my 1st outside run in a while by myself...i accomplished a 3.4 mile run in mild rain and wind in about 36 mins. that's an 11min. mile for those not counting =-)

not only that...but a half an hour after that my friend called me to run...i thot we were doing interval running/walking but she wanted to accomplish her first full half hour run...which she didnt decide till the middle of the run --so i ended up doing 35 more mins of running...i was dead tired afterwards, but amazed and proud that if need be...I could run a full hour in a day...or about 6 miles ! wow-

SUN: i rested and did no workouts to give my body a chance 2 recover from the mayhem of the previous day...but...I WENT DRESS SHOPPING!
-i knew i had lost about 10 lbs since last time i went shoppin, but since I had lost weight i wanted to find the perfect dress...IT TOOK ME 4.5 HOURS TO FIND 1 DRESS...this is why i hate shopping! majorly because i wanted to buy something that would show off all my hard work...

p.s. girls i found a beautiful blk/wht dress for the formal--it is a halter top that hugs everything above my hips, and then flows out with a beautiful satin bottom w/ blk/white flowing leaf print...the bottom is not straight cut, but more like a fairy dress cut! funniest part of the whole thing is that it fits me snug as a glove but it's a size SMALL?!? i know i'm not a size small...but it's funny!

GOALS THIS WEEK:
1) to eat all the cals i need and then STOP at night!
2) to try to run outside and make my 3.5 mile goal !
3) to do my work efficiently so i wont worry about it during the weekend!
4) to not overeat this weekend so i can lose 2 more lbs...I STILL HAVE TIME!
 
Way to go, fsaiidni! You are getting so much out of your running! Including "thinner thighs in only 2 weeks" - if I read you right in Cinderelly's thread. :D

The dress sounds wonderful. I bet you and your boyfriend will be very proud next weekend.
 
Hi fsai! it has been awhile for me but I am trying to catch up. How exciting about the run and the new dress! 11 minute miles kicks butt!!! yea!!!! Congratulations! and to be able to wear a formal and show it off. It sounds beautiful!!!
 
hey guys, well it's day 2 of week i don't know what the hell week it is because i've been doin this for far too long!

anyways.... trying 2 stay w/in my cal range, and i think i'm at/close to 149 yaay...now if i could get to 148....

workout: yoga+ 3.5 miles @ lunch!
food: 1200 for today
