**end of the line**

sounds great, I'm gunna up it to 1200 this week and then to 1300 next week...we'll see how the weight takes it! hopefully I wont gain !
 
When I upped my cals I gained roughly around 3 lbs, then it TOM and so it wnet up to 5!:eek: But it has started to even out now and i am losing again. So it takes gaining a little to lose a lot!:rolleyes:

hey guys, just droppin in 2 say hi-but i gotta make it quick, back 2 another busy week! wanted 2 just let you all know that i ran in the rain for the first time this weekend it was awesome!
 
so today is the first day where I am trying to get my eating in gear:

i am trying to not eat the majority of my calories at night (did that almost all last week) in fact I am trying 2 have the majority of my cals before 5pm and leave a salad for my night time food after that.
majorly because i am busy from 5:30 till 9 pm doing yoga then doing a run w/ my friend. (I dont like comin home 2 eat a lot after that)

also, i actually signed up for/ paid for my first race today, it's a 5k (about 3 miles) in march-which will leave me enough time to prep for it. I am going to change up my workout to start including outside runs that are within my distance range...

I don't think you will gain not with all that exersice.I hear it
all the time eat more(healthy that is)lose more! Have a nice

thanx guys, ya, i've gotten sicker, so yesterday i didnt do anything other than work and eat and sleep...but i'm down to 150 =-) ...that must b me eating more= better for my metabolism =-)

anyways goin away for the presidents 3 day weekend ...but will b back to update later!

Wow!! You are so switched on! Good on you. It's wonderful that you have signed up for a race. You must be feeling really excited about all the good things you are doing for your body. Enjoy your busy schedule. :)
 
hey guys, i had an amazing 3 day weekend, but since i was home w/ my boyfriend my eating didn't go very well and i didnt get a chance to excersize! but i'm back and ready 2 go again! i am going to bump up my running another notch this week and try to get back ontrack with my plan =-)

i also wanted 2 let you all know that the winter formal for his fraternity is comin up in 2 weeks...that means this weekend is the last weekend before the formal...i am going to try to make it down to 148 lbs this week seeing as i was 150 on friday... but who knows... i may be back up to 152 by today!

time to get my butt in shape to go dress shoppin this weekend!!!
