and here are my behavioral modification methods:
1) give weekend excersize a specific time and dont allow it to be a choice
2) don't eat/workout with mood swings-just do-dont think
3) stop thinking about eating alternatives (bad ones) if i don't think about them i wont get tempted
4) use substitution when faced with a bad eating choice= walk, anywhere, any time
5) eat at dinner table-not in my bedroom-not in front of the tv
6) eat slowly at EVERY meal
7) dont eat immediately when u come home
8) calm the emotional eating at night by doing well at work so I won't have to fear/hate going into work the next morning.
