**end of the line**

hey guys, bad news, i f-ed up royally this week and did the eat everything in sight thing-i wasnt excersizing like i was supposed to so i overate with one meal, then i said-hey let's just keep this up and make the most of eating everything i think about. i weighed in this morning at 158-this is the third and last time i will ever hit this number, it kills me that i can be at the same weight since september. no more. i am taking control and this is it. third time's the charm they say and i am saying the same.

first goal is to be back at 155 by the end of the week- i am hoping that a few of the 3 lbs i gained were water weight, I will be keeping up with my fluids this week and starting yoga again on tuesday.

600 cals in potato's
100 cals in salad

excersize: just elliptical
 
Hey Girly, don't worry about it. I know its easier said than done. I know you said you ate a lot, but you would really have to eat tons and tons to gain 3lbs of fat. So hopefully its just water. Stay strong! The third time is definitely the charm. :D
 
Bad news about the gain. Great that you are recommitting. Maybe you have learned some useful ideas from your bad week that you will use to help stop you making the same mistakes another time. Lots of luck!! :)
 
Happy New Year girly, the weight thing can be so tough, but you keep on keepin on!! I wish you nothing but the best in this next year to come!!
 
thanx guys for being so supportive, i lost my motivation, i think that I should have tried harder-like making backup plans for when the gym is closed or when yoga isn't there. but I am back for good today, new year, new me, new attitude. i am signing up for 1 month of unlimited yoga so i will be going every day. this week will be a focus to get back to what i was before xmas break started. also, new goal is to focus more at work, which means i will only get to post in the mornings...then late afternoons.

alrightey...here are the new years resolutions:

1) limit salt intake
2) limit junk food intake
3) drink 6 cups tea/water every day
4) stop night time eating by self evaluation and behaivior conditioning
5) do 2 work outs a day back to back
6) buy that bikini in a medium size/put up in room
7) stick to it and lose 2 lbs straight for more than a month.
8) eliminate binges completely through self control brought by yoga

and here are my behavioral modification methods:

1) give weekend excersize a specific time and dont allow it to be a choice
2) don't eat/workout with mood swings-just do-dont think
3) stop thinking about eating alternatives (bad ones) if i don't think about them i wont get tempted
4) use substitution when faced with a bad eating choice= walk, anywhere, any time
5) eat at dinner table-not in my bedroom-not in front of the tv
6) eat slowly at EVERY meal
7) dont eat immediately when u come home
8) calm the emotional eating at night by doing well at work so I won't have to fear/hate going into work the next morning.
