mmm, chili's. I love their southwestern eggrolls and chicken quesadillas. Yum! Chocolate biscotti? whoo hoo! At least you are honest.
I wish I had some advice on how to curb the late night snacking, because I know, oh to well, how it is to want to eat at 9 and 10pm.
I think it takes sure willpower to avoid late snacking, and also avoiding the kitchen. I find if I go to bed early too, that helps. lol
Also too, I find that it helps me to avoid sugar, so my blood sugar levels are stable. It's the sugary, and not so good carby foods that will get me swinging every which way, and will at times make me hungry, even after I just ate.
Perhaps a lower carb dinner? Let me know if you get any good advice, because I think it's a great question.
