**end of the line**

Don't be so down on yourself sweetie, you'll get past this. We all mess up, some of us more often than we admit...but we do. It's part of the process. A friend of mine had this quote in her sig line and I wanted to share it with you.

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. Confucius

Best of luck to you friend, keep your head up! *hug*

Wouldn't it be lovely if we lived in a perfect world where the hardest of things were simple?
Of course.
But in all reality, sadly, we don't.
Keep your chin up. We all have made mistakes with this at one point in time or another.
You can do it. Your beyond capable.

wow-thank you guys, i have to admit the past four days have been hard, the only good thing i've done is go to the gym, other than that, i sat around and ate. but your guys' words and my determination to beat this damned thing, have charged me up again, I need to remember-stick to the 1200 cal intake and work out-that will get me through it all.

thank you guys so much, I'll b posting at the end of the day with how I did. baby steps right?!

ok, well I moved the ticker to what the scale said sunday, depressing for a bit-but made a new goal plan and am going to stick to it-this time the goal isnt set at 20 weeks, but at 3 five week intervals. also, spent a good time of yesterday making a 5 week meal plan (same thing everyday at work-for lunch-but that is normal for me)-and.... since my weekends are the problem, spent a bit of time planning out special menu's (ones that allowed for going out!) for the weekends. one thing i realized is that if i go shopping on saturday, I will have a better option at eating healthy durin my weekend. so i'm gunna try that...

also, have realized that trying to make up the overeaten calories makes me even more prone to screw up more-due to the fact that i'd be eating less calories or excersizing too much. so no matter what i do or how i screw up I will stick to my 1200 cal. plan. this gets me satisfied. also, i'm gunna try not to eat before bed, those energy calories turn into fat calories which suck to get rid of.

anyways, sorry to rant on...but I hope this works!

fsaiidni,
You'll get past this - one meal/one day at a time.

Patty's post was spot on, and don't worry about trying to make up those lost calories - it just doesn't work and you're more prone to not only overeating later but stalling your body's metabolism.

Start from where you are - not where you wish you were - one step at a time girl,

hi guys, thanx 4 ur input and encouragement...but i have to report in that i havent lost any weight this week and i know exactly why--i need to follow my own words and go with the line "JUST DO IT" which is what i put under my signature...and if anything, i am gettin tired of myself not allowing myself to succeed, will not stand for it any more and wont allow myself to be self-destructive...will report back in ltr this week about my progress!...and i have a new idea as to how to beat myself....

i am going to start paying for/taking yoga, with the hope that the meditation that comes out of it will provide me with some amount of self control-or reduce the amount of stress i put on myself which is one reason i break at the end of the week.

thanks so much guys and I know i can do it!

Hey that last post is more like it!! Stick with it honey, you KNOW it will be worth it. Stay strong, we are all here for you,a nd good luck with the yoga!!! :)
