No worries bluecat, the 'meh' days happen and there seems to be a super critical time 2-4 weeks into the process when it stops being new and shiny, the initial weight loss results slow because we've managed to take off the easy pounds. Once you work past this, you'll find that the rest will go much smoother.
I found filling up my ipod with some good podcasts helped quite and started looking at some of the other numbers other than the results on the scale like how much better the clothes were fitting and body measurements.
Sounds like the running is coming along well, at this point you should be getting up there in the time spent running and total distance covered and must be surprised how far you can go. If I remember from some of the C25k programs I listened to, they suggested resting up and repeat weeks if you start finding that they are getting painful.
