Hi pretty people
I am fairly new to this site (I just joined today) and I came here in search of healthy weight loss. I have been restricting quite low for the last couple of months and I keep messing up and overeating (read: binging) because I simply have felt deprived. I think it's time to actually do this the "correct" way, so I can maintain my weight loss and learn to have a healthy relationship with food again.
I have decided to go for a net intake of 1200 calories per day, starting tomorrow. I'll write daily updates here (when possible), listing what I've eaten and how many calories I've burned through exercise.
I'll update my starting weight tomorrow. I want to have reached my goal by New Years, so I'll need to lose approx. 10 kgs by then. I think that is definitely doable.

Goal weight: 55 kg / 121.2 lbs
