I've lost 6 pounds so far..

Feeling really good about that. I've been eating around 1200 cals or less a day. Also have worked out 4 times this week! Which has made me feel better. Also been stretching.

Only slept 6 hours last night though. I tried to go back to sleep and just couldn't. Going to my friends though and hopefully I will crash out for 10 hours when I get home.

I can notice a difference from the 6 pounds already. My clothes are already a little more comfortable. I can't wait until they are loose!
 
So...I ate pizza yesterday

I feel completely disgusting. I had heartburn all night long. I shouldn't have eaten the pizza, I had 4 pieces. :'( Now I am set back and have to do extra good today to make up. I probably gained a pound. I had pizza, half a candy bar, cereal, and a banana. I'm a glutton failure. Today I am fasting. :iamwithstupid:
