Emily's weightloss/intake/exercise diary.

This is the first online diary I have made. So I am new to this..
But, here is my plan.

-Eat around 1200-1300 calories a day.
-Walk 1 mile every day. Or 7 miles a week.
-Do calisthenic exercises 3 times a week.
-Absolutely NO fast-food.
-Absolutely NO sodas.
-Absolutely NO junk food.
-I will allow myself half a hersheys chocolate bar a day for my sweets craving.
-NO fried food.
-Snack on fruits and veggies(which I already do).
-No cookies or anything like that.

Here are my goal weights and the rewards I will give myself:

120 = Pat on the back
115 = New hair cut/color
110 = New shirt
105 = New jeans
100 = Bikini!
