For the weekend you should try to bring simple snack like trail mix or nuts just so you have someting on you that is healthy and you don't end up eating another 1000 calorie worth of chocolat!!!
Mmm trail mix is like my favourite snack ever. Its funny, I wont eat it very often because nuts have such high fat content, but then I'll go and eat 1000 cals of chocolate!

Okay I'm really tempted to sugar-coat this weekend, but I figure this forum is not a place for judging (non-food choices) so I'm just gonna go ahead:
Friday:
Cereal - 500
Fried rice with vegetables - 700
Yoghurt - 200
Steak and roast roast potatoes - 800
Assorted alcoholic beverages - ???
= 2200
Over, but I knew I'd be having a big night so I didn't want to risk an empty stomach.
Exercise I guess was dancing for 3 hours (yayyyy, Netherlands won!). Didn't get to sleep till 8am so I'm glad I ate a little extra.
Now, Saturday :S
Fried rice with vegetables - 700
Cereal - 500
Too much Jack and coke - ???
= 1200
Way too much Jack and coke, woke up in the hospital with an IV in my arm :S
Today:
Cereal - 500
Gummi worms - 300
Cup of soup - 150
= 950
Low, but I couldn't really handle any more.
Anyway, moral of the story is that this weekend was a complete failure with regard to food, exercise, health, and not making Ke$ha look like a teetotaler
