ok, so heres what i ate

special k 2 servings~300
popcorn~100
Chicken noodle soup~?(schools soup, ugh)
Salad~?
Chocolate cake500...and ice cream80..and cool whip50...and brownies (2) 560 oops....
Salmon stew~1.5 cups 300 cal

Calories~2140 :( oh well, keep my body guessin i guess....

Exercise~480 cal burned

Total cals in 1660.....
 
Salmon Stew sounds yummy - I love salmon patties - Yum - pick yourself up dust yourseof off tomorrow is a new day chicky :):):)
 
Cinderelly, your right, i plan on gettin back on track this mornin. Maybe it will keep my body guessin. I dont know why i went crazy yesterday....oh well, cant look back, only forward, right? :) The scale said 279.8...that hurt, lol.

Why not stay away from the scale for a few days - and focus on just eating healthily in healthy portions. and getting a moderate amount of exercise.

Take it day by day meal by meal for a few days then step on the scale...

I agree with Mal - sometimes the best thing to do is step back and refucus elsewhere. Remember that this isn't just about the number on the scale. It's about learning healthy habits and taking care of your body. You are doing great, especially with all the stress lately. Keep it up!! :D:D

Yeah what mal said the scale can be very discourageing but I found with weighing in once a week with good eating and exersice the scale is more motivating that way.Hang in there your doing to good to give up Have a nice day Tammy:)
 
First of all, I want to thank all of u for coming by, i really appreciate it :) This afternoons weigh in was 279.6, so it should be aroun 277 again in the AM...i hope...:)


i will try the weigh in once a week thing maybe :D It just seems so hard. I need to do tae bo today, but i think something is wrong with me! I have been sleeping ALL the time lately...maybe suffering from fatigue? i dunno. Well, I hope u all have had a great day :D

ok, so i have a problem...i know i am losing weight, i know it. My clothes are fitting looser, people are finally telling me, but the number on the scale doesnt move as much as i think it should. I know i messed up the past couple days, but is it possible that since i do so much weight lifting it is muscle? Its just really discouraging I guess.....
 
we were just discussing this in steve's diary...

take measurements.. don't worry about what the scale is saying... you know your clothes are fitting looser so what you are doing is working - put away the scale for a while...

Thats a great ideal what Mal said start measuring because if your clothes are fitting lose and people are noticing,then you are losing no matter what the scale say's.Try not to get discouraged because you are doing so well.Have a nice weekend and post those measurements and just update them weekly and toss out the scale ;) Tammy
 
Also go based on how you feel - you said you fel good your clothes are getting loose ppl are noticing go based on that...Have a good day chicky
 
hello everyone. So I have decided to only weigh myself once a week. On Mondays, I will weigh, but I am not going to put so much emphasis on the number, instead, i have my measurements, and I am going to post them later :) I hope to have seen a loss :) Thanks for stoppin by while i was MIA everyone :) I really appreciate it. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! :D

ok, so i just brainstormed, I am going to steal katies idea (hope she doesnt mind, lol) I am going to start doin crunches, and I am gonna have a goal to get to my first 1000 before April 1. Thats around 32 a day...not bad at all. :) I will definetely appreciate it if people will support me and stop by and encourage me :D Hope to see yall around soon!! :D

Glad to here that your clothes are fitting better & people are noticing! Keep up the good work & good luck on making your crunch goal. You can do it, just stay determined & remember why you are doing all this... for you.
