Hello hello hello!! I've been reading all the inspiring stories and looking at all the motivational pictures and have finally decided to join all of you on this wonderful journey
First of all I would like to say Hi and introduce myself.. I am a 22 year old female from Ontario, Canada and been struggling with my weight since 18.. thats 4 years now!! & after looking at a photo of myself this past summer while I was in POland I decided I cannot live like this anymore and something had to be done!
When I got back from my trip I immediately went onto a 1,000 calorie diet and went to the gym 5 days a week for the first month (September 2006). Yes, I know.... people say 1,000 calories is nothing and you cannot live of that but I swear to you people I have never EVER felt this good before... and taking vitamins or drinking vitamin enriched waters really helps!!
Okay, so I started at 181 pounds... 5 ft 7... 170 cm.. and WAS overweight... Since September 5th (Sooooo 2 months and 10 days) I have lost a total of 30 pounds and am now at 151...
I only did the 1,000 calories for a month and then switched back to eating whenever I want but just making healthhhhy choices and no food after 6... and a lottt of green tea!! It really helps... I am currently in school therefore I will post some before :S ouch and IN BETWEEN pics very very soon... today for sure... because my goal weight is 130... therefore I am a little past my half way point
Still not extatic but I am happy I am losing and not gaining

P.S.... I stopped drinking alcohol too.... maybe a few drinks a month ... and that helps sooooooooooooooo much!!!
ohh and I cant get those ticker factory things to work!!
