Struggled with a lot of personal issues during the past 2 years and gained about 40lbs on top of the weight that I was already trying to lose, so, I am back on the forum, ready to lose weight again.Starting Weight: approximately 182lbs
Goal Weight: Weigh 150lbs by my 27th birthday, which is September 29th.
Weight Loss Plan: ...currently trying to figure that out.
• Try a 1500-1800 calorie diet.
• Weight Loss Goal Per Week, 2lbs (8lbs a month, or 32 lbs by end of September).
• Focus on eating healthy foods that FILL me up and give me ENERGY
• STOP DRINKING: Beverages that have caffeine and that are high on sugar
