Hi guys, I'm 5'9 about 164 lbs and a skinny build and 24 year old guy....here's my problem....*makes embarassed face*
I'm embarassed about my chest...its shape is somewhat like this ">", hope you get the picture....Mind you, its not as bad as some guys have....I just hate it sticking out. My question is that I have been working on gaining mass but am scared to lift heavier for chest routine. I'm worried that it could get bigger. I have been only bench pressing 35lbs on each side of the bar, and doing 45lb db press for incline.
I used to do decline but stopped couple of months ago as I heard that it could develop more mass underneath my chet and make it worst...so now I stopped that completely.
I have been doing cardio 3 times a week for 20min since two weeks to see if that helps...I'm not sure if I should be doing that or doing those fat burn routines on the treadmill/bike.
Any kinda help will greatly be appreciated...I would like to hear from any PT's if they're here.
