I've been doing a hybrid treadmill/trainer, but with school ending (and kiddos home all day) I'll be making the jump to just elliptical as that's what I've got at home. On the treadmill I was easily doing 30 minutes. The trainer kicks my butt after 15 min. Still, I'm committing to doing a solid 18 minutes per day starting this Friday (will do 15 until then). I haven't really kept track of the miles because I figured with as much weight as I need to lose the primary thing was keeping my heart rate in fat-burning mode for as long as possible.
Starting today I'll check the mileage too.
