Elliptical/Treadmill/Bike Club

Ok my routine...

Monday Treadmill -

Tuesday Elliptical -

Wednesday Treadmill - 1.25 miles - 30 mins

Thursday Elliptical - 5.25 miles - 45 mins

Friday Rest day - I dont usually have time to exercise on Fridays other than my walk in the mornings...
4.25 miles - 39 mins

Saturday Treadmill - 1.5 miles in 30:30 mins walking/joggin in 1 - 2 min introvals

Sunday Elliptical -

Goal for treadmill is walking/jogging for 30 mins roughly a mile or so

Goal for elliptical is 3 - 6 miles however some days i can only get in 3 for me the idea is to jsut use them daily and routinely...

 
I would like to join, I really need some motivation
So, I will start today--I will put my time and miles daily.
1st day will be today June 11th
June 11th 30 min, 1 mile
June 12th AM: 15min, 1/2 mile,PM: 30min,1/2 mile
June 13th sick
June 14th sick no exercise
June 15th feeling better--should be back to exercise tomorrow
June 16th been busy with other stuff
June 17th whenwill I make time for me :)
June 18th
June 19th
June 20th
June 21st
June 22nd
June 23rd
June 24th
June 25th
June 25th
June 27th
June 28th
June 29th
June 30th

Tuesday Elliptical - Just ran outta time - however I did use the Ellipitcal on Friday which is my off day sooo - im not gonna beat myself up over it

Ive been exhausted lately and my feet have really been sore so yesturday and Tuesday I just didnt get it done...tonight I should be able to fit int he elliptical but i will have too see - I might take a little break for a few days im not sure I will surprize you

cerella - sorry u been stressed out lately. wat happened to yr feet? did i miss something in yr diary??? hope u get better soon. the elliptical is waiting!

To cheer u guys up a bit, I hit the machine tonite for the first time in 5 days. Did the hills for 4km. It's so exhausting! Felt worse than the 40min easy routine I had when I started. But the joy of getting back onto the elliptical is indescribable!:jump: Oh yea i must be crazy to feel this way huh? I just felt so sick not exercising.
Hope u guys feel better and get over the valleys soon. Let's head for the mountain-top experience! :)

ktownboy.....how long did it take you to drop the 170lbs, what else did you do and how did you stay motivated?

Wednesday - No treadmill (rest)

Thursday - No Elliptical (rest)

Friday - rest day usually - today I did 3.5 miles

Boy - Ive had a bad week...ha ha ha - tired and busy...

Saturday - Treadmill - went for a walk instead - plus sore foot

Sunday - Elliptical - just didnt exercise...had a rest day - no exercise at all

I am in for the last week!!!! I need to get back on it. Only down 3 pounds this month so far.

24 Jun - 30 mins, 2 miles, 4.0 mph treadmill
25 Jun - skipped the tread and push mowed for 1.5 hours

Ive been doing my regular routine, the one i posted before, 5 times a week, going strong, ill maybe step it up a notch for next week...
