Ok my routine...
Monday Treadmill -
Tuesday Elliptical -
Wednesday Treadmill - 1.25 miles - 30 mins
Thursday Elliptical - 5.25 miles - 45 mins
Friday Rest day - I dont usually have time to exercise on Fridays other than my walk in the mornings...
4.25 miles - 39 mins
Saturday Treadmill - 1.5 miles in 30:30 mins walking/joggin in 1 - 2 min introvals
Sunday Elliptical -
Goal for treadmill is walking/jogging for 30 mins roughly a mile or so
Goal for elliptical is 3 - 6 miles however some days i can only get in 3 for me the idea is to jsut use them daily and routinely...
