Hey guys. After trying many different diets in the past, I lost weight but just gained it back. The problem wasn't the diet, it was my motivation and willpower. Just graduating from high school last week, I am now in my summer. No longer am I distracted by my friends at the lunch table...although I know there will be new distractions. I want to have a steady weight loss and want to come out of the summer being able to look at myself and see a difference. If I can get to this point, I know I can go all the way.

My motivation this time around is simply college. A new fresh start, and a chance to change the way I look before starting college....a big motivation is all the new girls at my college :p.
I also will use this journal as motivation. I will try to post my daily routine everyday here, which will hopefully allow me to notice what mistakes I am making and also keeping myself away from eating the wrong stuff since I will have to post it on here.

Well, this is where my journey begins. My first day entry will come in tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing your progress. The great thing about summer holidays is that you have all that time to plan out your exercise and eating!
 
So I haven't been on the computer much, so here is my first 2 days:

Monday:
Breakfast: Bowl of Bran Flakes (no milk)
Lunch: Salisbury Steak and Mac N Cheese Lean Cuisine (I like these things :D)
Dinner: We had a barbeque, so I ate one hamburger patty with a salade consisting of Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and tuna, in a vinagarette dressing.

Calories ~1200

Tuesday: Dissapointing day :(
Breakfast: Honey bunches of oats (no milk)
Lunch: BAD DECISION! I went out with some friends and they got me to go to Del Taco. Had like 2 burritos and a quesadilla AND a coke.
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich with green salad

Calories ~I don't want to know

So in conclusion to my first 2 days, I found my 1st day to be easy as I wasn't dreadfully hungry throughout the day. Whenever I got hungry I got some water. I obviously just have to stay away from going out to eat at del taco and stuff. I am going to implement some aerobics starting today.

I know I can do this!
