So I wasn't really certain where I wanted to begin here, so I thought I would use the questionnaire from the sticky above, so here goes:
1. What is your current height and weight?
I am 169 cm and 92 kg (5'6.5" and 204lbs)
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
I don't know for *sure* but around 50 kg would be lovely
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
75 kg would rock
4. Why do you want to lose weight?
Because I am too heavy. Improved health, cuter clothes.
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?

6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
I have an eating disorder and that might
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
I started gaining weight in my late teens after a traumatic incident and then developed an eating disorder that has systematically destroyed my metabolism. Also I make poor choices.
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
I am not sure.
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
A very low calorie diet helped me to lose 40 kg once.
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
Eating disorder, once again.
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
Purging, because it doesn't work for weight loss, period.
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Do that already. Love the idea.
13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
Daily. Veggies steamed or tossed with salsa.
14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Couple of times a month I get sushi at work.
15. What are your three favorite foods?
Raspberries, sushi hand rolls, and bread of any kind
16. What are your three favorite restaurants?
Sushi King on Kent, Olive Garden, Red Lobster
17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Try a variety, and keep it down.
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Everything on earth.
19. Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Yes but only because I don't feel hunger anymore.
20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
I think I do, but in reality what I consider a binge is not what most people consider a binge.
21. Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
I usually eat alone, yes.
22. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
No.
23. Do you eat as a reward?
No.
24. Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
I turn the tv on while I'm eating supper to stop the incessant ticker tape parade of caloric information in my brain, but no I don't mindlessly eat in front of either screen.
25. What do you normally eat for a meal?
Vegetables or salad.
26. What type of snacks do you eat?
Fruit.
27. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
I walk a lot. Everywhere.
28. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
I hit the pavement.
29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Walking, swimming
30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
It's a need, like breathing. It just has to happen.
