Thanks! This forum gives me such motivation to lose weight! Like seeing my ticker change, and recording what I eat!

LAST NIGHT
Dinner: Small bowl of beef mince and vegies
Really not good for me :(
Snack: A handful of BBQ shapes, Mini Mars Bar and a few dried fruit and nuts.

Exercise: 30 Minute Walk/Run
10 Minute Eliptical
40 Minute Walk

Tuesday 21 August​

Pre Brekkie: 40 Minute Walk

Walk to and from work: 20 Minutes

Brekkie: 1/3 Cup Oats, 1/3 Cup Milk. 1/3 Cup Water.

Lunch: Minestrone Soup

Snacks: Beef Noodle Soup, Apple, Mini Maltesers

Wont get any exercise in tonight, just staying home and watching DVD's with the boy. Im feeling A LOT better today. Tomorrow was in the past, I know Im not going to binge today. My brekkie filled me up HEAPS! I added a little honey to it which gives it some flavour, was so yummy after my chilly walk!

Im wearing heels to work for the first time! I have these pants that are too long, so I have to wear heels. Eek dunno how I am going to go walking around in them lol. I really want to buy more heels! But maybe more wedge type shoes, because they are easier to walk in.

My stomach was SOOOOOOOOOo bloated last night. but its gone back to its normal size today, was quite scary, looked like I was pregnent lol.

Im going to log off! Better start doing some work hahah!

Someone suggest a movie I can watch!
